Weatherization Evaluator

KCEOC is seeking a qualified individual for the position of Weatherization Evaluator in the Kentucky counties of Allen, Barren, Butler, Edmonson, Harlan, Hart, Logan, Metcalfe, Monroe, Simpson, and Warren in KY. This is a full-time, non-exempt position and will report to the Housing Development & Rehabilitation Manager. Major responsibilities include: performing residential energy audits; preparing written reports of audit findings, including retrofit recommendations; identify health and safety issues; and preparing detailed work scopes and comprehensive work orders, including pricing, measures, and quantities for proposed retrofit work.  The applicant must be certified as a Weatherization Evaluator.  If not certified, the applicant must be willing to attend extensive training to become certified.  The applicant should also have excellent computer skills, have the ability to multi-task, and be willing to travel for training. A High School Diploma or GED is required with one to two years experience in construction or related work.
