Barbourville Save-A-Lot Donates to KCEOC’s Emergency Support Shelter

KCEOC, CAP would like to express our deepest gratitude to the Barbourville SAVE-A-LOT/HouchensFood Stores for their generous grocery donation to KCEOC’s Emergency Support Shelter!!

Save-A-Lot donated over 85 bags of groceries to the shelter program which will provide meals for the homeless population currently residing at the emergency support shelter. Donations like this are vital and help to provide nutritious meals which lay the foundation for clients on their way to become self sufficient, including obtaining and maintaining secure housing, and employment. Save-A-Lots generous donations included miscellaneous canned food, such as beans, veggies, tuna, and Mac & Cheese dinners. The grocery bags were an estimated value of $8 per bag.
