LIHEAP Intake Worker- Knox County, KY

KCEOC Community Action Partnership, Inc. is seeking qualified individuals for the position of LIHEAP Intake Worker in Knox County, KY. This position is temporary part-time which will run through the duration of the LIHEAP program. The LIHEAP program Intake Worker is responsible for assisting in the administration of the LIHEAP program including the organization of daily operations, initial client assessment and the processing of applications for a variety of KCEOC programming. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED with some basic office, computer, and phone skills. College courses in sociology, social work or psychology along with 3-5 years of experience in human services is preferred. Experience in working with programs which directly serve the public is also preferred. Applicants should be willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
