KCEOC Community Action Partnership is seeking a qualified individual for the role of Homeless Case Manager. This position is responsible for developing, implementing, monitoring, and/or revising goal plans to move the homeless into an independent housing option. Also, they will make referrals to and advocate for resources and access to service. Other duties as assigned. Minimum qualifications are human services, sociology, social work, psychology, or similar field degree required. One year work experience in human services required, case management experience helpful.
