GFWC Kentucky of Barbourville Donates to KCEOC Child Development

KCEOC Community Action Partnership would like to thank Barbourville's Junior Women's Study Club for their heartfelt donation of over 300 pairs of gloves and winter hats for our Child Development Program (Head Start & Early Head Start children!)

The GFWC Kentucky Barbourville Junior Woman's Study Club is the first federated Junior Woman's Club in Kentucky. Organized in 1924 and then federated in 1926. They are part of the General Federation of Women's Clubs (GFWC) and the General Federation of Women's Clubs Kentucky (GFWC KY).

KCEOC’s Child Development program (Head Start and Early Head Start) is a federally funded, community based program for pregnant women and families with children through five years of age. KCEOC’s Child Development program offers services through many different program options (center based, home based, full day) designed to meet the needs of today’s parents.
