KCEOC Community Action Partnership is seeking a qualified individual for the position of Family Child Advocate in Clay, Harlan and Knox counties, KY. The Family/Child Advocate is responsible for recruiting, maintaining full enrollment in the classroom and establishing a waiting list, keeping medical and dental records up to date, conducting home visits, and addressing other family service issues. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with auto insurance. A minimum of a credential or certification in social work, human services, family services, counseling or a related field is required. Candidates should possess good communication and computer skills. The ability to work well with children, parents, and other service providers is a must.
