Facilities Maintenance Worker

KCEOC Community Action Partnership, Inc. is seeking a qualified individual for the full-time position of Facilities Maintenance Worker.

Position Summary: Responsible for the repairs of all KCEOC property maintenance issues, coordination of general maintenance issues at all area facilities and oversight of the day to day operations related to maintenance. Will assist the Facilities Director in the processing of work orders, the delegating of assignments in order to ensure issues are resolved in a timely fashion and in accordance of the KCEOC maintenance policy and procedures.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Reviews work orders received from the Facilities Director and prioritizes the jobs to be completed. Assists in day to day operations as needed. Other job-related duties may be necessary to carry out the responsibilities of this position.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Requires carry-out decisions made, and follow-up with feedback where appropriate. Must travel between locations throughout the state on a regular basis. Must have the ability to supervise several staff. Experience in HVAC, Electrical, Carpentry is a must with 3 years experience along with the willingness to achieve state licenses. High School diploma and or GED required along with a valid drivers license.
