KCEOC’s Child Development Program is a federally funded, community based program for pregnant women and families with children through five years of age.
KCEOC’s Child Development Program promotes school readiness by enhancing the social and cognitive development of children through educational, health, nutritional, social and other services to enrolled children and families.
