KCEOC Community Action Partnership, Inc. is seeking a qualified individual for the Home Based Specialist position with our Child Development Program. The Home Based Specialist is responsible for the supervision and coordination of KCEOC’s Child Development home based option, assuring this option meets the Head Start Program Performance Standards, and that all other applicable rules, codes and regulations are in compliance. Monitor socialization events and home visits as they pertain to the goals and objective of the program, conducting appropriate observations, 32 Head Start home visits with 2 socialization events per month are being offered to all enrolled children and families. Other duties as assigned.
Minimum requirements for the position are: Baccalaureate Degree in Early Childhood or Social Work and or a comparable equivalent of secondary education and work experience; 2 years of work experience. Along with a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and occasional out of town travel.
