2020 Needs Assessment Knox County

The assessment was conducted from July to December of each year. The main data gathering instrument was two types of surveys, a client and community provider version. Other data gathering strategies included a focus group, key finding interviews and providing outreach community presentations with key stakeholders from local educational institutions, private, public sectors and faith-based organizations. The surveys were distributed online, hand to hand and placed in strategic locations throughout the community of Knox County. Community members and groups were identified as both internal and external stakeholders for purposes of relaying quantitative and qualitative feedback.
