Team KY Fund

Team Kentucky Fund applications are now being accepted online at  Those who have had a loss of employment OR a reduction of more than 50% of gross earned income AND who are now at or below 200% of the poverty level may qualify.  Applicants must also have been below 400% of the poverty level in 2019 AND must have been employed on or after March 6, 2020 for at least 30 hours per week.

What documents should be loaded into the portal system? For ALL adult household members,


KCEOC will need the following:

  • Months income (if you are applying in June, we need May’s income verification- all check stubs or a print out of unemployment earnings); make sure other income is submitted for all other adult household members 

  • 2019 W-2s or a page from your tax return showing your income from 2019

  • A check stub that covers the period on or after March 6, 2020 to both verify that you were working on or after March 6, 2020 and that you were working at least 30 hours on or after March 6, 2020 (additional pay stubs will be needed if pay stub submitted does not clarify 30+ hours worked)

  • A copy of the invoice/bill of the service in which you are requesting (these need to show the full information from the document.For instance, if it is an electric bill, KCEOC needs to see the entire document that includes your account number, name of the utility company, full amount of the bill, etc.
