KCEOC Community Action Partnership together with Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) has funding available through a grant for the Tenant Based Rental Assistance Program (TBRA).
The KCEOC Weatherization Program assists eligible households in reducing their energy cost by providing weatherizing maintenance to their homes. Priority is given to elderly and disabled persons households.
The KCEOC Emergency Support Center houses homeless individuals in Southeastern KY. Individuals are housed based by the McKinney Guidelines. Each year KCEOC helps over 100 homeless men, women, and children.
Designed to provide homeownership opportunities to low-income households in Knox County. Through this program, KCEOC constructs homes. Various resources are combined to make the homes affordable for low-income recipients.
